We strengthen OPDs with leadership, governance, and advocacy skills through training, ongoing mentorship, and peer learning networks that go beyond the classroom and last long after any single programme ends.

We work at district and national level to embed disability inclusion into Uganda's climate laws, bylaws, and budgets, with a clear target of an amended National Climate Change Act with enforceable disability provisions by 2028.

We provide legal literacy education, connect communities to legal support, and use constitutional and legislative frameworks to challenge discrimination, because knowing your rights is the first step to defending them.

We advocate for the removal of barriers in Uganda's education system and engage schools, local governments, and the Ministry of Education to implement disability-inclusive policies so that every child with a disability can access quality education without exception.

We connect persons with disabilities to skills training, entrepreneurship support, and economic opportunities while advocating for inclusive hiring practices and accessible financial services at the policy level.

We advocate for accessible, affordable, and dignified healthcare for all persons with disabilities and work with health authorities to close the gap between policy commitment and the barriers people face on the ground every day.

We run targeted programmes addressing gender-based violence, reproductive health rights, economic exclusion, and political participation for women and girls with disabilities, centring their voices in every intervention we design.

We bring together OPD leaders, government officials, researchers, and civil society partners in structured, evidence-grounded dialogues followed by accountability tracking to ensure that what is agreed in the room is acted upon outside it.

We help persons with disabilities document and communicate their experiences through testimony, policy briefs, and multimedia content, turning lived experience into the most powerful advocacy tool there is.
